VCM external batteries and vote boxes will first be given to local centers around the country, said the polling commission.
Priority regions will be sent out on February 16 with non-accountable forms, supplies, and equipment; VCM, CCS machines/transmission equipment will be sent from April 2 to April 19; and transmission equipment will be sent from April 2 through April 19.
On April 20 and May 5, the National Printing Office (NPO) will provide official ballots and indelible ink to city and municipal treasurers.
