Irene Tria | Bravo Filipino

Tunay ngang kahanga-hanga ang mga Pilipino pagdating sa larangan ng panitikan. Isang patunay dito ang mga nagsilahok at nagwagi sa nakaraang Gintong Aklat Award 2016 na ginanap sa unang araw ng Manila International Book Fair 2016 sa SMX Convention.

Ang Gintong Aklat Award ay sa pamumuno ng Book Development Association of the Philippines (BDAP) kung saan kikilalanin at bibigyan parangal ang mga pinakamahuhusay na manunulat ng aklat.

Mayroong tatlong paraan ng pagpili ng mananalo: quality of design, printing, and binding, and the significance of content and quality of writing. Para mapabilang sa book entries kinakailangan na magkaron ng excellent rating pagdating sa book making. Nahahati sa mga category na: literature, social science, religion, the arts, natural science, trade, textbook, and children’s book ang mga nominado.

Nakuha ng Agham:Filipino Narratives on uncertainty and climate change ang dalawang Gintong Aklat Award para sa category na Design & English Literatue.

Ang Agham ay kabilang sa 24 fiction at non-fiction stories & poems tungkol sa climate change at ang epekto nito.
