Chef Tatung has never been busier since his last gig at Alab. He has put his mind to setting up new goals and hitting them one by one. His TV guestings on Umagang Kay Ganda at ABS-CBN has become a regular thing. He has been making the rounds of events and now, he is starting a digital media business through his website, LutongTatung.com which was launched on last April 1st.
Dubbed as a rockstar chef at Madrid Fusion, he represents the country’s traditional dishes. This raises his status among the most significant chefs in the Philippines, and now, even in the world.
Chef Tatung launches his book, Philippine Cookery, on April 7 at the Madrid Fusion. This signals a double celebration for the sought-after chef.
Chef Tatung’s book is said to be a breakthrough in Philippine culinary as years of intense research and testing were done before finally serving this one to the public. It’s a must-buy book for sure.
