Guests can savour a delectable fusion of crunchy lumpia and succulent cochinillo with our Lumpiang Cochinillo, experience the rich, creamy flavour of Bicol’s laing paired with crispy bagnet on Laing Pizza and Bagnet, and enjoy a comforting bowl of monggo stew complemented by the crunch of chicharon. Indulge in succulent roasted pork simmered in a rich, savoury sauce with Lechon Paksiw, a contemporary take on a beloved classic with the tangy, savoury notes of sinigang paired with the crunch of crispy pork in Crispy Pork Sinigang, and savour a satisfying Crispy Sisig prepared to perfection. Our Kapampangan Sisig, known for its rich, hearty flavours and impeccable seasoning, offers an authentic taste of Pampanga, while the ultimate Filipino comfort food, Crispy Pata, cooked to perfection with a golden, crispy exterior and tender,

The pre-dinner Cocktail Buffet is priced from PHP 2,100 nett (Sunday to Thursday) and PHP 2,500 nett (Friday to Saturday).
