Bravofilipino | Dot Property Philippines Awards 2025: Grand Recognition for Real Estate Excellence at Okada Manila | Manila, Philippines – September 11, 2025 – The Dot Property Philippines Awards 2025 returned to the grand stage of the Okada Manila Ballroom for its 10th anniversary, paying tribute to the visionaries, leaders, and communities shaping the nation’s real estate landscape. For a decade, the awards have recognized projects and developers that not only elevate skylines but also reflect the Filipino spirit of resilience, ingenuity, and progress.
The highlight of the night was the recognition of RLC Residences as Developer of the Year 2025. Along with this distinction, RLC Residences also secured multiple awards: Best Starter Home Condominium Development, Best Smart Home Condominium Development, Best Sustainable Development, Best Condominium Architectural Design, and the Special Recognition Award for Sustainable Construction.
Federal Land showcased its industry leadership by taking home eight titles, including Best Developer Metro Manila, Best Luxury Condominium Development, Best Affordable Condominium Development, Best Mixed-Use Development, Best Retail Development, Best Transit-Oriented Development, Best Community-Centric Design, and the People’s Choice Award for Project of the Year 2025, which went to the Grand Hyatt Manila Residences South Tower.
The celebration also highlighted regional and sectoral excellence. Aboitiz InfraCapital Economic Estates earned both Best Industrial Developer and Best Industrial Development. Filinvest Land Inc. was honored as Best Developer Visayas, Best Developer Mindanao, and received the Special Recognition Award for Corporate Social Responsibility. Makiling Mews Corp. brought home Best Boutique Developer and Best LEED Development. Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation secured Best Affordable Housing Development and Best Green Development.
Additional honors were given to Century Properties Group, Inc. for Best Lifestyle Condominium Development, Costa del Hamilo, Inc. for Best Resort Condominium Development, Dolmar Land for Best Investment Property – Emerging Communities, Golden Bay Prime Landholdings, Inc. for Best Green Lifestyle Development, Malveda Properties and Development Corporation for Best Serviced Apartment, Omaha Development Corporation for Best Mid-Range Townhouse Development, Taylormade Development Corporation for Best Townhome Developer, Vista Land & Lifescapes, Inc. for Best Township Development, Ortigas Land for Best High Rise Condominium Development, PHirst Park Homes, Inc. for Best Developer Luzon, R Land Development Inc. for Best Wellness Community Development, and Ayala Property Management Corporation (APMC) for Best Real Estate Property Management.
